Welcome to the Unstructured-Support-Notes-to-Operational-KPIs project! This application helps you turn customer support notes into useful operational KPIs. By extracting important information from your notes, it can score customer pain, show escalation risk, and help you prioritize issues more effectively.
⚙️ System Requirements
Before you start, ensure that your system meets the following requirements:
- Operating Systems: Windows 10 or later, macOS Mojave or later
- Python Version: Python 3.7 or later (installed on your machine)
- Memory: Minimum 4 GB RAM
- Disk Space: At least 200 MB free space

📥 Download & Install
To download the application, visit this page to download.
- Click on the link above to open the Releases page.
- You will see the latest version available for download. Look for a file named like
UnstructuredSupportNotes.zip.
- Click on the file to start downloading.
Once downloaded:
- Locate the downloaded zip file on your computer.
- Extract the contents to a folder of your choice.
- Open the extracted folder and find the file
run_app.py.
- Double-click on
run_app.py to start the application.
🎓 How to Use
Using the application is simple:
- When you open the app, you’ll see a clean interface with an option to upload your support notes.
- Click on the “Upload” button and select your document with customer support notes. Supported formats include
.txt and .csv.
- After uploading, the app will display the extraction results.
- Review the operational KPIs shown, along with pain scores and escalation alerts, to make informed decisions.
